All AURA  purchases are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. Once an order is placed on aurabyandria.com, cancellations or refunds cannot be accommodated or honored, with NO EXCEPTIONS. By placing an order with AURA, customers acknowledge and agree to this policy.

SHIPPING POLICY

All items are made to order and typically take up to 10 business days to produce and ship. This is an estimated timeframe, and production may take mere or less time depending on order volume.

Orders are shipped via USPS. Once shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days for Standard Shipping or 2 business days for Priority Shipping. International orders usually arrive within 2 weeks of shipment.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed, followed by a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
